Reciprocal Productions is a community-centered professional arts organization focused on nurturing the next generation of theatre-goers and artists alike. We strive to reimagine the theatre industry in the greater Indianapolis area by offering cross-genre performance opportunities to local artists and foster a healthy, creative, collaborative, and positive environment for artists to work and grow. Our intention to revive live theatre in the image of our modern world is necessary and essential to our community of artists and patrons alike. Reciprocal Productions hopes to be a leader in our field, and help make Indianapolis a hot spot for performing arts once again.

Marta Hamilton
executive director
Marta Hamilton has been stage managing in Indianapolis since 2014. She has worked with several local ballet schools, theater groups, and at many local theaters. Marta will be acting as the Executive Director of Reciprocal Productions. Her recent work includes Madame Butterfly with the Indianapolis Opera, Disney’s Descendants with the Carmel Apprentice Theatre, and The Nutcracker with Ballet INitiative. She is excited to be a part of this new creative endeavor.
Audrey Larkin

Audrey Larkin has been involved in theatre in one way or another her whole life. She is a graduate from Baldwin Wallace University’s Theater Program in Cleveland, Ohio where she specialized in dramaturgy, directing, and acting. She’s the working Production Manager at The Cat as well as the Artistic Director of Reciprial Productions. She's been involved in the Carmel Apprentice Theatre almost since it started and she hasn't left since. When she’s not at The Cat or at rehearsal you can usually find her scribbling in a notebook, behind her laptop, or reading a book. She’s glad to be back in the area and wants to thank the community for being so accepting of our newest venture into the arts.

Jake williams
Jake Williams has been working on music and theater for most of his life. He has been in multiple bands that have written, produced, and performed music. Jake has worked with many local bands and performers to put on fantastic shows. Jake’s recent work was on The Carmel Apprentice Theater’s production of Disney’s Descendants as Music Director, as well as, assisted with Ballet INitiative’s Happy Hours and their production of The Nutcracker. He also is currently performing with the band Five Ever. Jake is the Talent Acquisition and the Director of Music for Reciprocal Production and he is very excited to bring music, new and old, to the area.

ola tarnowski
Alexandra “Ola” Tarnowski grew up in Old Bridge, New Jersey where she began her dance training at three years old. At age fourteen, she started her classical ballet training at the conservatory at Princeton Dance and Theatre Studio, where she performed soloist and principal roles. After high school, she attended Butler University where she received a B.S. in Dance Arts Administration. She started her professional dance career with Ballet Theatre of Indiana for two seasons, where she performed lead roles such as ‘Mina’ in Dracula and ‘Daisy Buchanan’ in The Great Gatsby. She co-founded Ballet INitiative, a dance collective serving the greater-Indianapolis area, in August of 2020. She has also taught and choreographed for multiple dance schools in the greater-Indianapolis area, and choreographed the musical premier of The Descendants for the Carmel Apprentice Theatre at the CAT in 2020. She is excited for the opportunities she can bring to Reciprocal Productions and the community!
